By accessing or interacting with our mobile application, localized websites, and predictive engines, you enter into a legally binding agreement with OnlyGirls Systems ("the Company"). If you do not agree to the complete architectural rules outlined herein, you are strictly prohibited from initializing the software stack or establishing a digital profile.
We reserve the update authority over these Terms. Your continued engagement with Aura Intelligence engines following localized software patches constitutes explicit, uncompromised consent to the revised legal covenant.
2. Account Architecture & Eligibility
To deploy the OnlyGirls suite, users must meet precise authentication preconditions:
- Age Verification: You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your sovereign jurisdiction to consent to health data processing) to initialize an account.
- Biometric Security Responsibility: You are the exclusive custodian of the device, FaceID keys, or local PIN patterns utilized to access your Privacy Vault. The Company holds no remote recovery pathways for local passkey losses resulting from client-side negligence.
- Identity Authenticity: Creating synthetic, automated, or malicious spoof tracking profiles targeted at gathering platform telemetry is fully prohibited and results in immediate network blacklisting.

Never substitute insights generated by the Body Lab or Mind Space for professional examinations performed by a certified obstetrician, gynecologist, or psychological health specialist. 4. Ecosystem Usage & Security Boundaries
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to deploy OnlyGirls on personal hardware. The license relies strictly on conforming to proper data conduct rules across our primary core components:

You agree not to reverse-engineer, query, scrape, or extract the proprietary algorithmic weight parameters used by Aura Intelligence to project health cycles. Malicious injection of synthetic physiological data points to distort backend machine learning layers is prohibited.
B. The Mind Space (Input Restrictions)
While the journal vaults are entirely encrypted and dark to corporate oversight, you remain responsible for your inputs. You may not upload or transcribe programmatic exploits, infected code fragments, or illegal content strains into your journal nodes.
C. The Sanctuary (Distress Automation)
The platform's distress signal features rely on local cellular network routing and active GPS functionality. You acknowledge that structural environmental conditions (such as loss of carrier signal or hardware failures) may limit the transmission of safety alerts, and OnlyGirls assumes no systemic liability for third-party communication failures.
5. Proprietary Intellectual Assets
The visual style, custom font implementations, "Glassmorphism" UI sheets, logotypes, mathematical algorithms, and digital iconography associated with the OnlyGirls branding represent exclusive intellectual property owned by the Company. Any unauthorized distribution, mirroring, or exploitation of our codebase, brand components, or application assets without express corporate authorization will lead to immediate legal countermeasures.

6. Indemnification & Limitations of Liability
OnlyGirls Systems provides its platform suite on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" functional matrix, devoid of explicit or implied system warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operational availability or zero-error cycles across our localized predictive networks.
To the maximum extent permitted by governing international law, the Company, its directors, developers, and data stewards shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, physical injuries, psychological emergencies, local hardware data corruptions, loss of ambient security due to external phone theft, or unpredicted biological variations that differ from Aura's automated timeline forecasts.
