You own your data. You can remove specific records yourself inside the app, or ask us to do it using the form below. To delete your entire account instead, use Delete account.
Deleting data is permanent for the categories you select. Your account and sign-in stay active.
Do it yourself, instantly
- Granular disconnects: in the app, unlink Apple Health / Google Health Connect, turn off voice input, or clear individual logs.
- Export first: Settings → Privacy → Export my data downloads everything as JSON before you delete.
- Hard reset: Settings → Privacy → Delete my data wipes your remote + on-device records (account kept).

We've logged your data-deletion request and will email a confirmation to the address you provided once it's complete (within 30 days).
Timeline & retention
Requests are verified and completed within 30 days. We may retain a minimal set of records where the law requires it, plus anonymized statistics that can no longer identify you.
