You can permanently delete your OnlyGirls account at any time — directly inside the app under Settings → Account → Delete account, or by submitting the request below. Both routes erase the same data.
⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all data tied to it, including:
- Your profile and sign-in credentials
- Cycle, fertility & health logs and predictions
- Diary, journals & vault media (photos, audio, video)
- Nutrition, fitness & skincare records
- Community posts, comments, rooms and reports you created
- Partner / couple data, shared notes, plans and bond connections
- Stored backups and exported files
What may be retained
We may keep a minimal set of records only where the law requires it (for example, transaction/tax records for purchases), and anonymized, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you. Active subscriptions are billed by Google Play / the App Store — cancel them there to stop future charges.
Timeline
In-app deletion is immediate. Requests submitted through this form are verified and completed within 30 days, and you'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
